Jacqui Barrett, Master Resume Writer / Interview Coach / Career Consultant, Career Trend

Since 1997, Jacqui Barrett has collaborated with downsized, right-sized and out-placed individuals in career transition, or those individuals who desire to ignite their existing careers. She has a B.A. in Writing, over 15 years' corporate experience, and is one of five individuals in the country to have earned the elite certified Master Resume Writer distinction from Career Masters Institute. She also is a distinguished Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) and Certified Employment Interview Professional (CEIP).

Les Griffen, Managing Partner / Senior Vice President, Career Management Associates

Les Griffen, MCDP, CVPA, RCC, is an experienced and accomplished businessman with 35+ years in the business arena. He offers a diverse professional background with broad experience across corporate, divisional/regional and entrepreneurial roles in both private and public sectors.

Les is experienced in all discipline areas of career transition management and coaching, human capital management and general business and administration of small- to medium-sized ventures. That experience emphasizes executive and performance coaching, career transition and change management, business development and marketing, strategic planning and implementation, strategic and tactical employee relations, employee retention and communications, training and development, performance management and client and customer stewardship.

Les is active and serves in leadership roles in several professional Kansas City and nationally based human capital and career management and development organizations and local chambers of commerce. He is recognized as a "Master Career Development Professional" by the National Career Development Association, a division of the American Counseling Association.


Kathryn Lorenzen, Senior Staffing Professional, LandaJob

Kathryn Lorenzen had an 19-year career in marketing and advertising before becoming a recruiter for the advertising industry. She now directs client and candidate services for LandaJob Advertising Staffing Specialists, which provides permanent and temporary staffing, outplacement, and career management services. Kathryn spends her time both filling management-level advertising and marketing positions and providing career coaching to individuals in those fields. She has earned her CPC accreditation from NAPS and her CDF (Career Development Facilitator) accreditation from the National Career Development Association. She serves as the 2006 Past President of the Kansas City Chapter of ACP International.

Meg Montford, Business & Career Coach, Abilities Enhanced

Meg Montford, CMF, is an Executive Career Coach who partners with executives and professionals in managing their careers. She also trains career coaches in marketing their businesses through her program at http://tinyurl.com/8lmwx, “The Marketing Challenge: Get 9 Paying Clients in 90 Days.” Since 1986, Meg has helped hundreds conquer career challenges as a coach, recruiter, career consultant, and business developer. She holds a BA in Sociology, and is a graduate of both Career Coach Institute and Corporate Coach University. Her credentials include Master Certified Career Coach™, Career Management Fellow, and adjunct instructor and mentor coach with Career Coach Institute.

Meg promotes networking as a lifelong venture serving as Technology Chair of the Association of Career Professionals International - Kansas City Chapter and sitting on the USA National Board. She hosts the monthly International Coach Federation Career Coaches Special Interest Group. Additional affiliations include the Institute of Career Certification International, Association of Coaching and Consulting Professionals on the Web, Career Masters Institute, American Marketing Association and The Central Exchange of Kansas City. Vince Sabia, Vice President-Client Services, Right Management Consultants

Vince Sabia holds a B.S. in Life Science from The New York Institute of Technology. He is a charter member of ACP International-Kansas City Chapter, serves as the 2006 Treasurer / Finance Committee Chair, and served as Committee Chair Ethics & Bylaws in 2001 and 2002. He has extensive experience serving the community in various roles, including currently Board Chairman of Beyond Bounds, Inc. - an accessible camping facility for children who have special physical and medical needs.

Jim Voska, Employment Development Coordinator, Metropolitan Community Colleges' Business and Technology College

Jim Voska has 8+ years' experience in employment development and 30+ years' experience in the marketing and product development arena. His recent experience at the colleges includes strategic planning and developing, plus maintaining communications relative to employment and training needs between MCC and businesses in the Kansas City region. He interacts with over 20 programs at the colleges and promotes the programs to individuals looking to start a career or change careers. Jim facilitates workshops in "The Real Game" and in non-verbal communication. He is a Past President of the Kansas City Chapter of ACP International and is working toward certification as a Career Management Fellow.

Kathy Voska, Sr. Professional Services Consultant, Right Management Consulting

Kathy Voska, CMF, provides personalized career coaching and management consulting, and supports organizational development initiatives for individuals, groups and companies in a wide variety of industries. Her strong ability to interact at all organizational levels stems from over 30 years of experience in a variety of training and facilitation roles. Kathy is a certified Career Management Fellow, the Founding President of the Kansas City Chapter of ACP International, and 2005 President of the U.S. Country Board of ACP International. Kathy works dynamically as a volunteer within the community and is listed in Who's Who of American Women, Who's Who in America, and Who's Who in the World.

Jan Wilkerson, Professional Services Consultant, Right Management Consulting


Jan Wilkerson has over 20 years' experience in Career Transition Coaching and Human Resources. Her recent experience includes facilitating classes on career assessment, resume development, creating marketing plans, interviewing and negotiating, and strategies for job search. She assists people in the management of their own careers by providing personalized career guidance at all levels. She readily adapts to the candidates' needs and is skilled at engaging them in developing effective career transition plans. She serves as the 2006 ACP International-KC Secretary and is in the process of becoming a Certified Career Coach.
